Reward students with a little something this this Christmas and we guarantee they’ll be back next year. Here’s some suggestions on how to do it in style:
As a business it’s important to look after and reward your customers. With ‘extras’ mounting up outside of your usual class price to cover exam fees, show rehearsals, costumes, theatre trips, scripts etc, parents can sometimes feel like they are forever putting their hands in their pockets and the more loyal the student, the more they will want to do everything you offer.
- Uniform Gift Voucher – Produce a special e-voucher to send out to all your students via email or with your newsletter for say £5 off uniform items. This will increase your sales and result in more uniform being sold overall. Parents often hold off for as long as possible before purchasing new items so give them an excuse to place the order this term and use the voucher to purchase a ‘stocking filler.’
- A review raffle! We all know that online reviews have a lot of weight nowadays and we also know that with numerous sites having a review feature it can be tricky to keep asking parents to post reviews. How about a Christmas hamper raffle prize and enter all the parents that post a glowing review.
- Personalize a Christmas card. A card showing a great shot of your students in action with a festive theme and a personal note inside means a lot to students and parents alike. Check out https://www.snapfish.co.uk/2/personalised-cards to create a card.
- Mulled wine and Mince pies- Offer a little Christmas cheer on your final day of term by inviting parents to come and enjoy a mine pie and mulled wine at the end of classes. You could also use the opportunity to give out Christmas cards, offer student awards etc.
